Information you choose to share
Our quote form asks for your name, email address, service, origin, destination and cargo details. You may also provide your company and telephone number. Please do not include sensitive personal information in cargo descriptions.
How your enquiry is sent
When the form prepares an email draft, information remains in your browser until you send it using your chosen email application. When direct submission is enabled, your enquiry is sent through our email delivery provider to the Santa Shipping team. We use the details to respond, discuss your shipment and coordinate the services you request.
Maps and external services
Our default coverage illustration does not send your location to a mapping service. If the interactive Mapbox map is enabled, Mapbox receives connection information needed to load map tiles and road routes. External map and email links are subject to the respective provider’s privacy terms.
Cookies and storage
This website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Your enquiries and choices
To ask about information provided in an enquiry, request a correction or discuss deletion, email stephen@santashipping.com. Information needed for an agreed service or applicable record-keeping obligations may need to be retained.
